  1. Connect to the VPN first or be at the local domain network (Nanosonics Office Network)
  2. Run your remote Desktop connection.  If you cannot find it – Click the START BUTTON – and type Remote Desktop Connection
  3. Enter the server address: nano-sydrdp-01 and click Connect

      4. Enter your Domain (Office) Login and Password

      5. You can tick the remember my credentials if you are on your own secure computer

 

  1. Outlook needs to be configured if user need to send document for approval or other actions which require Outlook 
    1. Search and start Outlook
    2. Click “Next >” then “Finish”

  2. Once you have login, click the objective or QAD icon on the desktop, and then login using your normal login details just like on your own laptop.

 

Note: For Objective, the below information should be put into the login window:

On the prompt window, press OK
