Secondly, add the Outlook Nanosonics email signature template by doing the following steps:
Step 1
Open a new email message
Step 2
On the Message menu, select Signature>Signatures
Step 3
On E-mail Signature tab, paste the Outlook Nanosonics email signature template onto the section highlighted in red outline
Step 4
Ensure the email signature block appears for any new messages. Optionally, you can set the email signature block to appear when replying/forwarding emails. Press OK to save the email signature block.
